Professional Experience
- Yeda is a barrister and solicitor in BC and practices as a civil mediator. She is a Qualified Mediator with ADR Institute of Canada, a Registered Roster Mediator with Mediate BC and a Roster Mediator under the Court Mediation Roster Program. She also works as an independent contract mediator of the Conflict Intervention Service under the Bar Association of San Francisco.
- Yeda mediates a wide range of civil disputes including wills and estates, residential and commercial tenancies, housing and neighbour disputes, workplace conflicts, commercial partnerships and non-profit organization matters. Yeda graduated from Regent College, Vancouver, with a theological degree and also mediates Christian disputes.
- Yeda is actively involved in the ADR community in BC. Apart from serving on the Board of ADR Institute of British Columbia, she also volunteers with Mediate BC and in the Sport Law Connect Program with viaSport. She regularly gives mediation seminars to the public for organizations such as S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Canada and Richmond Public Library.
